The Too Smart Diaper Cover by Smart Bottoms is a great diaper cover for those looking for a more economical option. The design and fit of the cover is similar to the Smart Bottoms Smart One 3.1 with four rise settings and 10 sets of snaps across the waist for a snug fit for little ones 4.5-16 kg (10-35 lbs). The inside of the cover is wipeable, so it does not need to washed after each change, only when the child poops. The diaper cover can be reused after wiping it clean up to 24 hours.

Inserts are not included; you will need the Smart Bottoms Too Smart Insert, a fitted diaper, or another type of diaper insert to use inside the cover.
