Our COVID-19 Message to the Community
During this extraordinary time of heightened concern over the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to provide you a brief update on the impact of the virus within our community and company.
From all research and guidance we can find from the WHO, the Bundesamt für Gesundheit, and other medical authorities, the Coronavirus is largely transmitted via a person-to-person contact. The virus does not transmit through packages or through fabric like cloth nappies. According to all of the leading research, it is safe to shop online. Nonetheless, to be extra safe, we are taking a few precautions for our health and those around us and you as our customers.
The changes in society will impact every business you know and love. We are already starting to see the impact in our local community, throughout the country, as well as our neighboring countries and the world. Schools, restaurants, bars, and non-food related shops are closed here in Zurich and elsewhere around the country as of midnight today (16.03.2020). Although the Post Office remains open, they also expect a delay in the delivery of packages, letters and even newspapers. Please keep this in mind as the Post Office can also have personelle who become sick and be short staffed. As with most packages we ship, we will automatically provide you with a tracking number. Please go to the appropriate shipping carrier (most likely Die Post) to track your order once you get the number from us. You can read more about our shipping and handling process here.
Moreover, please know that COVID-19 is truly a global pandemic and its effect will impact our supply chain as changes in international flights and extra border checks may cause delay in the shipment from our distributers and their suppliers as well. We apologize if our stock runs low and some products remain out of stock for a longer period.

- Our products have minimal contact with people. They are handled when we received them from suppliers to be put away in storage, and only again when we ship them out.
- All packaging fairies wash their hands before handling the products to be put away and shipped.
- Whenever possible, we will use the automatic drop-off point for your package at the Post Office to minimize person-to person contact.
- Local pick-up remains available, but packages will be dropped off at a pickup point in our HQ also to minimize person-to-person contact.
